Clean & Clear is a residential cleaning company offering window cleaning, gutter cleaning and pressure washing. This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, known as PIPEDA.
What we collect
When you contact us for an estimate, by the form on this website, by email or by telephone, we collect only what we need in order to answer you:
- your name
- your telephone number
- your email address, if you give us one
- the address or town of the property you want cleaned
- anything you choose to tell us about the work you want done
This website does not use advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites.
Why we collect it
We use your information to prepare an estimate, to arrange and carry out the work, to contact you about the job, and to keep a record of work we have done. We do not use it for anything else.
Who sees it
Your information stays with Clean & Clear and the people working on your job. We do not sell it, rent it or trade it, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.
Email you send us is handled by Microsoft, whose servers hold our business mail. Estimate requests sent through the form on this website are delivered to that same mailbox.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet our record-keeping obligations. If you would like us to delete your information and there is no legal reason for us to keep it, tell us and we will.
Photographs
We sometimes take photographs of work we have completed. If a photograph of your property would identify you or your address, we will ask you first before using it anywhere public.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@getcleanclear.com or call (289) 501-7504 and we will answer.
